Processing
Custom product orders:
After your order is placed, please allow approximately 20 business days for processing, manufacturing, and shipment. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. Please note, processing times may be extended if payment has not been cleared.
CarbonClick Paddle Shifter orders:
The CarbonClick Paddle Shifters are custom-crafted for each order to ensure the highest quality and precision. Please allow 5-10 business days for manufacturing before your shifters are shipped. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Note that processing may take longer if payment clearance is delayed.
In-stock product orders:
After your order is received, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipment. You’ll be provided with a tracking number once your package has been dispatched. Please note that processing may take longer if payment clearance is delayed.

Shipping Information
CarbonMotive ships all orders via Canada Post Priorit, UPS Ground, or quickest available service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Estimated delivery times:

If there is any delay in shipping from our end, we will contact you promptly with an updated estimated delivery timeframe.
Should you order an item that is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll notify you by email and provide alternative options.
